Maggie Grace is an American actress who was born Margaret Grace Denig in 1983. Her best-known roles include Shannon Rutherford, a character in ABC's Lost series as well as Kim Mills from the Taken trilogy. Maggie Grace was born in Worthington, Ohio and dropped out of high school after her parents separated to go to Los Angeles to live with her mother. They were struggling to make ends meet when she got her first role in acting in the film Rachel's Room's main character. In addition, she played Alice in Malice in Wonderland which is an updated adaptation from the Lewis Carroll novel Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Grace played Shannon's part on Lost for two additional episodes, which included the series final. Grace appeared in Californication's 6th season that aired from 2013 to the year 2014. She portrays Faith she is an admirer and muse to the celebrities. Hank Moody as played by David Duchovny falls in love with her. Being part of the Gyllenhaal Family she is the daughter and elder sister to the actor Jake Gyllenhaal. The first time she appeared in the films of her father as an adolescent. Together with her brother she appeared in Donnie Darko (2000). Her subsequent roles included Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind which was released in 2002 as well as Mona Lisa Smile (2003). Gyllenhaal's leading roles in Secretary, the romantic comedy-drama erotico as well as Sherrybaby (a drama) earned her nominations for Golden Globe Award.
